Outdoor Tai Chi with Russ

Another opportunity to destress doing Outdoor Tai Chi  with Russ.

Please note that this session is at a different location to last time - this session with be at the recreation ground. There is a line of trees in the middle of the Rec, we will be holding it on the field side of the trees.

The cost for the session is £5 - please bring cash on the day if possible. Suitable for all levels of fitness (and no level of fitness needed at all). This is open to friends and family too so partners and children welcome. The session should be for about an hour but if the weather is fine, do bring some food/drink to share and maybe we can have a little social afterwards.
